Traditional food from Spain
Paella-typical Spanish dish and is traditionally cooked in a "paellera" (a round flat pan with two handles)which is then put on the table. It is normally made using seafood but can also be made with chicken or rabbit. Paellas are one of my favorite dish because of the mixture of flavors. The seafood paella is the best one in my opinion, because I'm a seafood fanatic. Here is my mom's special Paella recipe:It makes 8 servings

Wow that looks really delicious! My mom makes this kind of mixed food so I can relate to this. Looking at all the ingredients I know it has to be good. I'm thinking about asking my mom to make this for dinner but it looks like it takes a while to prepare and cook. Hopefully she will understand how spectacular this dish sounds. The final picture makes it all worth it in the end. Thanks for the recipe, I hope it turns out good!
